Your body can do seriously cool shit. And I love coaching people to access their full erotic capacity. Whether you are very familiar with or becoming aware of the potential of the mind-body connection in a sexual context, I would like to support you in your journey of discovery. I offer in-person sessions for individuals, people with their partners (couples, triads, quads, etc.), and small groups. These sessions are for those whose intention is to develop higher awareness of their anatomy, physiology and the various forms of pleasure that are available to them. Clients will acquire skills and learn to give and receive deeper pleasure. In these sessions, one-directional hands on methods may be used to facilitate the client’s learning around receiving touch, but I, as the practitioner, am not a sexual partner within this paradigm. If clients wish to develop their skill at giving touch, they are welcome to bring a partner. I also offer phone/Zoom sessions where we can do breathwork, coaching, and I can teach you how to do bodywork on your own body. Sessions may cover any of the material included in my workshops and are tailored to the clients’ preferences and needs.

The anus is an often overlooked backdoor to personal growth. What do I mean by this? The anal sphincters and nerves near your tailbone are a direct access route to the autonomic nervous system (i.e. not controlled by your conscious mind). Developing a greater awareness of how to access this powerful connection to your subconscious can therefore allow profound experiences. Many forms of bodywork address tension and emotions stored in various parts of the body but fail to include the anal area, despite it being a zone that retains tension connected to life’s emotional experiences. I create a safe environment to navigate the physical and emotional terrain between the cheeks.
People Assigned Female at Birth with Vulvas / Vaginas / Front Holes
(We can use whatever your preferred terminology is for referring to your genitals)
Wonder whether your front hole is “normal” or why certain types of stimulation don’t really do much for you or are painful? Concerned that your front hole doesn’t “get wet enough” or “gets too wet”? Want to learn all about your vulva / vagina / front hole and how your unique anatomical structure affect your personal pleasure and health? I recommend reading and doing the self-explorations described in Sheri Winston’s “Women’s Anatomy of Arousal” (CAUTION: Heteronormativity!) or watching video courses from The Atlas of Erotic Anatomy: Vulvapalooza and Squirts and Gushes to learn how to stimulate the legs of your clitoris, the role of your vestibular bulbs, where you have the highest concentration of para-urethral glands, how/where/when your uterus moves, the exact location of your urethral opening, that you have as much erectile tissue as a person with a penis does, and whether your perineal sponge or anterior fornix enjoy stimulation.
If you want a personal guided tour, I can provide one!
People of All Genders and Genitals
(We can use whatever your preferred terminology is for referring to your genitals)
Do you have scar tissue on your genitals, pelvic area, or abdomen that causes you discomfort or that you suspect may be limiting your access to pleasure? Do you feel disconnected from your genitals, like they’re numb or not as pleasurable as they might have once been? Have your genitals changed due to surgery and/or childbirth and you’re not sure how their current configuration can experience pleasure? Let’s do some mapping and/or scar tissue remediation! What do I mean by mapping? Going very slowly and, using breath, sound, placement of awareness, touch, and movement, bringing attention to each square centimeter of your pelvis, naming the anatomical structures and noticing whatever sensations arise. Some spots may be pleasurable and we can see whether different types of touch are more or less pleasurable. Some spots may be numb, and we can experiment with ways to bring your awareness and sensation into those spots. Other spots may be tender or painful, often the result of chronic tension and internal scar tissue, creating an opportunity to add castor oil and heat to the process to soften scar tissue and make it easier to manipulate and gradually dissolve. Sometimes, those tender or painful spots carry difficult emotions or memories that arise (and may eventually release/resolve through this process). The goal overall is to help your brain’s map of your genitals be in higher resolution than it was before mapping, perhaps with more of the landmarks labeled, making it easier to, among other things, give a partner directions. Bring your curiosity; let’s map your pelvis and genitals!
Mindful Masturbation Coaching
A powerful skill/practice for exploring your sexual mind-body connection is mindful masturbation, masturbation where you are fully present in your body. Joseph Kramer’s website OrgasmicYoga.com explains how to use intention, sexual stimulation, breath, and pelvic floor clenches to facilitate 20+ minutes of meditation and explore your body’s capacity for expanded pleasure beyond a quick wank. Although this sounds easy in theory, many people (including myself!) have encountered internal resistance to engaging in mindful masturbation on a regular basis (or at all!). I can support you in designing your own personal practice that is sustainable by helping you identify and work through the various blocks your mind may create.
